I was wondering if you guys might need something like this.
See, I got tired of guessing if my paycheck was right. So I made myself a simple-but-deadly spreadsheet that calculates my hours, overtime, PTO, and every little thing down to the last penny.
It’s nothing fancy — just something that works. I punch in my shifts, and boom… I know exactly what I’m owed before payroll even thinks about cutting the check.
I’ve been using it for a while now, and honestly? I don’t even stress about payday anymore. No more “hmmm, I think that’s right” — now it’s “yep, that’s exactly what it should be.”
So I figured… maybe someone else out there could use it too.
If you want it, I put it together nice and clean.
- Excel/Google Sheets version if you want it to do the math for you
- Printable PDF version if you’re old school and like writing it out
Drop your hours in → watch the totals appear → smile.
